Vemma NEXT does not contain any major food allergens as defined by the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA). If these allergens were contained in our products, we would be required to list them on our label.
The FALCPA identifies eight foods or food groups as the major food allergens. They are milk, eggs, fish (e.g. bass, flounder and cod), Crustacean shellfish (e.g. crab, lobster and shrimp), tree nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts and pecans), peanuts, wheat and soybeans.
